What Is The Lifestyle Lift?

The Lifestyle Lift is a facial rejuvenation procedure that lasts approximatelyone hour, depending on what you have done. It was exclusively designed to address jowls, frown lines, wrinkles, loose or turkey neck, and sagging facial skin.

Recovery is quick. We describe it as a new procedure for a new generation without the costs and prolonged recovery associated with a more traditional, extreme facelift.

What Does The Lifestyle Lift Do?

When people reach their 40s, gravity, heredity, sun exposure and the stresses of daily life begin to affect their faces. The jawline grows slack and jowls begin to form. Fatty deposits and loose skin begin to appear in the lower face and neck. Creases form between the nose and mouth. These changes combine to make people look older than they feel.

The Lifestyle Lift can improve these visible signs of aging by:

  • Removing excess fat
  • Tightening underlying muscles
  • And tightening and smoothing skin on the face and neck

The procedure restores the jawline and neck, quickly removes wrinkles and sagging skin and dramatically creates a more youthful appearance. Many patients see and feel the improvement before they leave the office!

The Lifestyle Lift can do great things to enhance your appearance and your self-confidence. The procedure can be performed alone or with eyelid tightening procedures (blepharoplasty). These procedures help reduce the signs of aging around the eyes. Together, they can be potent tools to help restore your appearance. Plus, these procedures are the only ones performed at Lifestyle Lift centers.

Who Performs The Lifestyle Lift?

All of our surgeons are individually chosen by Lifestyle Lift Founder Dr. David Kent. They are selected for their skills, safety, board certification, specialization, hospital affiliations and proficiency. Surgeons undergo intensive training to join the Lifestyle Lift Medical Group. Dr. Kent chooses “the best of the best” in Facial Plastic Surgeons and General Plastic Surgeons. All are experienced in dealing with facial structures, nerves and, most importantly, underlying muscles.

Many doctors performing plastic surgery today are “cosmetic” surgeons. Often, dermatologists (or skin doctors), OB/GYNs and other doctors attend weekend courses in plastic surgery and receive a “certificate” or degree in cosmetic surgery.

Lifestyle Lift never associates with cosmetic surgeons or dermatologists. Always check your surgeon’s specialty. Rest assured that all of our surgeons are specialty trained in approved residencies and fellowships, and have undergone extensive, approved training in Facial Plastic Surgery.

Is the Lifestyle Lift safe?

At Lifestyle Lift, your safety is our No. 1 concern. Lifestyle Lift doctors have safely performed more than 100,000 procedures with few problems or complications. Statistics demonstrate that this is an extremely safe procedure.

Since we do not use general or intravenous (IV) anesthesia, we avoid the risks associated with them. In addition, our results are natural, without a stretched, tight, wind-swept appearance.

Where Is the Lifestyle Lift Performed?

The procedure is performed in our specially equipped suite within our offices. The atmosphere is very relaxed and confidential.

What type of anesthesia does the Lifestyle Lift use?

We firmly believe in your safety at all times! Therefore, we do not use these risky IV and general anesthetics. The Lifestyle Lift has been performed safely on tens of thousands of patients exactly as described, with minimal discomfort.

We are experts in keeping even the most anxious patients relaxed and comfortable while maintaining safety at the same time.
